I am a digital analyst, author and public speaker. My main area of expertise is hotel marketing, UX design, advertising and new trends, such as predictive technologies, big data analysis and metasearch advertising. Several of my articles and case histories have been published in digital magazines as Social Media Today, Travel Daily News and PR Newswire Blazer. I have been working in hospitality since 1999 and I have managed two hotels in Rome, Italy. In 2012 I left the General Manager position to join the web-agency WHIP, as Director of Global Accounts & Quality Manager. In 2014 I co-wrote the book "Digital Marketing turistico e strategie di revenue management per il settore ricettivo" (italian version, published by LSWR) and "Marketing digital turístico: y estrategias de revenue management para el sector de la hostelería” (spanish version, published by Marcombo). I give lectures around the world and I was hosted several times on events like Hospitality Day, BTC, DotComHotel and NoFrills. I am a LLUIS Professor and in 2016 I launched, along with co-authors of my latest book, a series of seminars called "Hotel Evolution Training". Among my customers there are the Library Collection in New York, Grand Hotel Plaza in Rome and Divani Collection in Greece. I currently live in Paris and coordinate a team of ten analysts, who provide consulting to over 500 hotels worldwide.
